PEG

Everyone has a place in life, a group of people around them, and things they want to achieve. That's what the PEG assessment is all about! We're going to look at your current Position – what you do day-to-day. Then, we'll explore your Ecosystem – the people who influence you, from family and friends to coworkers. Finally, we'll talk about your Goals – what you really want, whether you've planned them out or they've just happened.

By thinking honestly about these three things, you can understand how they all fit together. This isn't just about figuring out where you are, but where you want to go. The PEG assessment helps you see how your job, your relationships, and your dreams have evolved and connect, so you can make smarter choices and build a happier, more fulfilling life.
